A local electrical contractor built on doing right by people
Stormy Electric is a full-service electrical contractor serving homes and businesses across the Dallas and Fort Worth metro, owned and led by Albert Maxwell, a master electrician. He got into the trade in 2019 when staying in college was not affordable, and spent the next six years working his way up to a master electrician license. Owning his own company was the goal the entire time.
The experience behind the license runs deep: replacing the main electrical service for a police station, wiring car dealerships from the ground up, emergency work for first responder facilities, and service calls for industrial manufacturers and government contractors. He has done work in Garland, Richardson, Frisco, Allen, McKinney, Mesquite, Dallas, and Irving, plus plenty of storm repairs at odd hours of the night to get power back on.
The company is built on a simple idea: treat every customer the way we would want to be treated, charge a fair price, and do work we are proud to put our name on. We answer the phone, explain what is going on in plain language, and never push work you do not need.

Meet Stormy
Every company has a story, and ours starts at Lake Lavon. We were out fishing when we looked over and caught a stray cat helping herself to our bait. She had been abandoned out there, so she came home with us. We named her Stormy, and when it was time to start the company, there was only one name worth putting on the truck. It fits the work better than we planned: storms, late nights, and getting the lights back on.
